CONFIDENTIALITY EXPECTATIONS
Dear Parents,
Virtual lessons will be an important aspect of ensuring that ALL students can continue to participate in interactive intervention classes as closely as possible to the best practice methods provided in the classroom. Student participation and immediate teacher feedback is an important aspect of effective intervention.
We want to make you aware that live intervention lessons will be recorded and posted in Google Classroom for students who are unable to participate at the time of the live lessons. ONLY the teacher will be videotaped; however, voices of children responding during the class will possibly be heard on the recordings. Please be assured that we will make every effort to ensure confidentiality. We must trust parents of our students with disabilities to also ensure confidentiality and respect the privacy of other students who are participating in your child’s intervention class.
