Unicoi County Board of Education Recognizes Area Beautician and Barber Volunteers

At the September board meeting, the Unicoi County Board of Education recognized several local beauticians and barbers that volunteered this summer doing free back-to-school haircuts for any Unicoi County Student. We are so thankful for their willingness to dedicate their time to providing this service free of charge for students. We hope this is a service that can continue to be offered in the future.
