UNICOI COUNTY SCHOOLS SYSTEM BUS GARAGE AND PROPERTY
OVERVIEW
The Unicoi County Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified real estate brokerage firms experienced in the marketing and sale of publicly owned properties.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal will allow the Board of Education members to consider the retention of a qualified real estate brokerage firm to market and sell the former school system bus garage and property located at 910 South Mohawk Dr, Erwin, TN.
Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. Proposals can be submitted in person at the Unicoi County Board of Education offices located at 100 Nolichucky Ave, Erwin, TN.
