In order to receive American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund, school districts are required to conduct meaningful consultation with stakeholders such as students, parents, staff, teachers and school administrators, elected officials, and representatives of diverse populations such as students with disabilities, English learners, and other underserved populations.
