State law requires that all 7th grade students have the following immunizations:
2 Varicella shots and a Tdap shot. Please contact your child's physician or the Unicoi County Health Department, 743-9103, to have your child's Tennessee Department of Health form completed if you have not already turned one in to the office. If your child has not had these shots, he/she needs to have the immunizations and form turned in as soon as possible.
